This Site Analytics Service Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Live Net Now LLC ("Live Net Now LLC"), a/an AZ individual, and you, your heirs, assigns, agents and contractors ("You") and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of Live Net Now LLC's Site Analytics Service ("Site Analytics") and represents the entire Agreement between You and Live Net Now LLC. By using Live Net Now LLC's Site Analytics, You acknowledge You have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Live Net Now LLC may establish from time to time, including the Universal Terms of Service. Such Agreements may be found here.

In addition to transactions entered into by You on Your behalf, You also agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement for transactions entered into on Your behalf by anyone acting as Your Agent, and transactions entered into by anyone who uses the account You've established with Live Net Now LLC, whether or not the transactions were in Your behalf. You acknowledge that Live Net Now LLC's acceptance of any application made by You for services provided by Live Net Now LLC will take place at Live Net Now LLC's offices located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.

Live Net Now LLC currently provides Site Analytics services to its customers for a monthly fee. Live Net Now LLC will provide You with access to web site traffic statistics related to Your web site, provided, however, You abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and in each of Live Net Now LLC's policies and procedures. The Site Analytics service is a log file analysis service and as such accesses the web log files generated by the web server running Your web site. The Site Analytics service stores log files for six (6) months in the log file archive, which You may download freely and perform additional analysis on. It is Your responsibility to download any log files that You wish to keep beyond six (6) months from the log file archive, since Live Net Now LLC will delete them when they become six (6) months old.

With Site Analytics, You will be able to:

1. track Your web site visitors by country, region, year, month, day and hour;
2. generate comparative reports of traffic on Your multiple domains;
3. set up automatically generated emails to Yourself containing reports from Your site;
4. customize Your reports by filtering out the information that You do need;
5. create professional looking Word and .PDF documents;
6. generate error reports listing URLs that contain missing or incorrect URLs, and browser errors caused by Your web site; and
7. many more features

Availability of Services

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Live Net Now LLC shall attempt to provide Site Analytics Services for twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week throughout the term of this Agreement. You agree that from time to time, the Site Analytics Service may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs which Live Net Now LLC may undertake from time to time; or (iii) causes beyond the control of Live Net Now LLC or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Live Net Now LLC, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks network congestion or other failures. You agree Live Net Now LLC has no control over the availability of Site Analytics Services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.
